Model 1012 – High Speed Reference Pulse Generator
The Model 1012 High Speed Reference Pulse Generator was designed to provide pulses suitable to calibrate oscilloscopes with up to 12 GHz bandwidth.  It exhibits both a short positive and negative-going transition duration (typical risetimes are 29 ps and typical falltimes are 27 ps).  The output levels are approximately -600 mV and 0 V.
 
Model 1120 – Very High Speed Reference Pulse Generator
The Model 1120 Very High Speed Reference Pulse Generator was designed to provide pulses suitable to calibrate oscilloscopes with up to 20 GHz bandwidth.  It exhibits both a short positive and negative-going transition duration (typical risetimes are 18 ps and typical falltimes are 24 ps).  The output levels are approximately -550 mV and 0 V.
 
Model 1150 – Ultra-High Speed Reference Pulse Generator
The Model 1150 Ultra-High Speed Reference Pulse Generator was designed to provide pulses suitable to calibrate oscilloscopes with up to 50 GHz bandwidth.  It provides both a short positive and short negative-going transition duration (typical risetimes are 10 ps and typical falltimes are 9 ps).  The output levels are approximately -600 mV and 0 V.
 
Model 1240 – Combination Ultra-High Speed and Very High Speed Reference Pulse Generator
The Model 1240 Ultra-High Speed Reference Pulse Generator was designed to provide pulses suitable to calibrate oscilloscopes with up to 50 GHz bandwidth.  It provides both a short positive and negative transition-going duration (typical risetimes are 10 ps and typical falltimes are 9 ps.  The output switches between -600 mV and 0 V.  It has a second output similar to the Model 1120 suitable for calibrating oscilloscopes with up to 20 GHz bandwidth.
 
Model 1450 – Ultra-High Speed, Differential Reference Pulse Generator
The Model 1450 Ultra-High Speed Reference Pulse Generator with Differential Outputs was designed to provide pulses suitable to calibrate oscilloscopes with up to 50 GHz bandwidth. It provides both a short positive and negative-going transition duration (typical risetimes are 10 ps and typical falltimes are 9 ps).  The output switches between -600 mV and 0 V (1200 mV differential).

Model STIC – Step To Impulse Converter
The Model STIC Step To Impulse Converter is a special circuit that converts step-like waveforms to impulses.  It is useful for TDR measurements and other applications.
